These are the following steps to install winrar and extract winrar:

Step 1:Download Winrar and double click it.(to open)(click on the highlighted ?? (As shown in the picture)



Step 2:Wait for it to install(of course)



Step 3:Finish Installing



Step 4:Find your download (rar) folder and right click it and press extract files.



Step 5:A window will pop up. Press "OK" to extract(highlighted)(As shown in the picture)



Step 6: Wait as winrar extract your files.



Step 7:After finish extracting, another folder will appear.(Same ROOT Folder as your rar folder); Your files are now extracted. The file will have a same name with your rar folder.(As shown in picture)
